Where can I find Tekna luminaries?
Our luminaires are displayed by a number of different dealers around the world, to find a dealer near you use our tool on the contact page.

How should I install my luminaire?
We provide each fixture with a ready to use installation manual, along with the manual we include a pair of gloves to avoid damaging the material. You can also find these installation sheets on our website - download files on each product page.

Which lights in your range can be dimmed?
Most lamps in our range are dimmable, you can easily find this information on the specification sheets. These specification sheets can be found on every product page on our Tekna website and provide an overview about all technical data. 

Can you supply transformers and LED drivers?
We supply separate transformers and LED drivers for all products that require them. Please refer to the product sepcification sheets or driver guide to find the correct driver.

Are your lights suitable for all weather conditions?
Not all of our fixtures can be used outdoors. See product specifications for more info. Over time, our fixtures acquire a natural patina. Any factor can speed up or slow down this process, e.g. the acidity of the air. This depends on the specific location. 

Can I buy replacement lamps/bulbs or spare parts from Tekna?
Yes, we sell replacement bulbs and several spare parts. Please see our spare parts document or contact our sales department: sales@tekna.be +32 (0) 9 348 08 02.

What is your returns policy?
If you have received a defective product, please contact your supplier, he will contact us and help you to get your luminaire repaired or replaced. If you are a direct customer of Tekna, please note that all return requests or complains must be submitted within 8 business days after the delivery date by using the return form which you can find here.

What are your terms of cancellation or amendment to sales orders?
In no case, Tekna can be obligated to take back goods which have been mistakenly ordered wrongly by the client. In case Tekna does agree to take mistakenly ordered goods (e.g for commercial reasons), it reserves the right to credit these goods only partially, according to its own appreciation. Charges and the risk for return of the goods will be borne by the client.

Cancellations can be submitted under reservation, this may entail costs.

Can I use your lights in other countries apart from BE?
All our products are designed to operate on the standard European voltage of 230v. The main exceptions to 230v in are the American continent and Japan, where 110v is the standard. If you would like to receive a different version, you can order this on request.

What is the best way to clean/maintain my luminair?
At great request of our customers, we have designed a premium cleaning kit.
With this cleaning kit you can maintain your lighting in a qualitative way. Only the very best products have been collected for you, products that we have been using ourselves for more than 20 years. Please find below our cleaning tutorial or have a look at our cleaning guide.
